NSCA, the leading not-for-profit association representing the commercial low-voltage electronic systems industry, announced AV Solutions as the winner of the 2020 Excellence in Business award in the Customer Experience category.

AV Solutions was recognized during NSCA’s 22nd annual Business & Leadership Conference in Irving, TX, on Feb. 26-28.
“Each year we learn of more integrators that are creating and using innovative and creative strategies to transform their business,” says Mike Abernathy, director of business resources, NSCA.
“These are great examples how leaders need to continue to pivot in order to transform and grow their firms.”
AV Solutions already enjoyed a 95% customer satisfaction rating, but it recently launched a strategy to sustain that status. The company implemented three key processes designed to keep the business and customer-facing employees aligned on constantly improving client experiences.
